Disgusting customer service, they have nice BUT MASSIVELY OVERPRICED BIKES. Check for yourself online. They add 300 to 500 on to the bikes! Do yourself a favour, avoid these and buy online.
Had a flat on ride today. Luckily was close to Belper as I didn't fancy getting tools out and popped into Belper cycles. Had me back on the road in 15 minutes whilst serving other customers! Great service and price.
