Edit...... I complained to management that I had booked in my car for an MOT and all I got was a fail, to be told they had staffing issues. I work at a small business so I get it, however, if you cant get the work done on the same day because of staff shortage, you should explain to your customers to give them the option to go elsewhere.They agreed and my 48 was refunded in full. *********When you book an MOT you expect it to be tested, failures put right and then a re-test. Booked my MOT. Said "do what it needs to get it through"... so of course you expect when they quote the price when they ring up.... thats the price to fix it. Nope. Turned up to pay... failure notice was all I got.And and can't fit me in for over a week to do the work or retest it. My MOT expires in 7 days. Paid 48 quid for a useless fail notice.Had to book into another garage an pay for ANOTHER MOT.
