Good shopping place found some very good clothing . people where very helpful and polite will be going back.
not been here for a while was pleasantly surprised a lot open again, car parking though not massive 2 really nice cafes lots of different shops tbougj a lot of different brands of clothes, gifts, cards suitcases glass was impressed can spend a good couples of hours here and take in lunch or coffee and cake
Good place to go to, parking now at 2hour max. With CCTV in & out. Cafe quite good, but limited food selection. Price very competitive. Good shopping for the ladies

Unfriendly, uncooperative, completely nonsensical for a store that has been and is in hardship. Belper is a lovely town full of community feel and friendliness, but this store has made me feel unwelcome and whilst I've tried to support it numerous times before, I no longer wish to have anything to do with this store and will make sure to let others know my bad experience. Highly disappointed and yet another victim of the "can't remain within the car park longer than the 0 hours 0 minutes max stay time outside store hours" COMPLETELY UNREASONABLE!
