Always efficient and fast service. I lost my inhaler on Friday evening - because they open Saturday morning I was able to visit the helpful receptionist who arranged a repeat prescription and less than an hour later I received a call to tell me I could pick up a new inhaler. Great service thank you!
I feel privileged to have access to this surgery. Compassionate and understanding staff that have given wonderful support to my family and myself over the past couple of years.
Did not take my hypothyroidism seriously. Seemed ill-equipped to diagnose the condition where the TSH is low, but T4 and T3 also low. I felt patronised and not taken seriously. I left the practice and got help elsewhere. Doing well now.
