Great gym, very friendly, awesome workouts
I have only been going here for 3 weeks but I am loving It! Ju and the team are all great and so reassuring. They scale everything back to your ability. Would highly recommend giving it a go!!

Great gym with very knowledgeable and friendly trainers.
I have had a lot of pain with hip arthritis and loss of functional movement associated with it. Since doing crossfit for the last 10 month and building up the amount and intensity of sessions the pain is subsiding. The strength my body is gaining is starting to support my movement better, and has improved my sleep and concentration I the day. Not only do I feel physically better but mentally happier in myself, not focussing on pain every couple of seconds. The sessions are also very sociable and I look forward to going to meet the people there. There is also a social organised from time to time if you want it with like minded people . The fees are very reasonable in return for the health benefits gained.
