Excellent location for Belper town centre, always free
it's free and big and ace.it's right next to Belper parks for a good ol' walk around...and also next to Belper itself!Go on, park up, go for a wander, visit the (locally ran) shops and eateries, take in the old buildings and architecture.Just be wary that every 2nd Saturday of the month that the farmers market is on and that it can get full up....if so, try the other free one on Derwent street off the A6 running through the centre of town past Morrisons...if you can get there early enough to park up, then the market is also a treat!as are the crafts on offer within the old Samaritans hall, now #28, just off the market place...also, don't forget the brickabrack guarage that sometimes runabout of the lockup on market days on the same day too!
