I moved into a let only house on the 16th last month. The house was filthy, with heavy mould in the kitchen cupboards, water coming out of the walls as the house hadnt been heated over the winter. The heating didnt work and still hasnt been fixed since i moved in. The contractor is appauling and seems to have lost my number numerous times.When sending the inventory along with photos to your move and the landlord, I receive no response from either party until yesterday when the landlord finally replied saying the property was fine! It took myself and my friend over 14 hours to clean that day.DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS AGENCY! I work in lettings and have rented privately mostly due to having a dog; this is by far the worst property I have ever moved into.I will be leaving at the earliest oppertunity. Appauling from all sides.

Moving house can be a terrible experience and the time frames alone are stress inducing - Your Move did a great job in keeping the stress levels down, they sold our house in 3 days and helped us secure a property. Their market share and customer care makes them the "GO TO" in this area and their fees are as good as it gets.
