Richard johnson and nephew wire works thrived my grand father ,father and uncles all worked there.In world war 2 germans tryed to bomb it as it was a ammunition factory but the germans found it impossible to bomb .Such a shame to see it derilect never thought that day would come .It is a beautifull walk in the woods up shining cliff on the betty kenny trail up past merlins cave.
