What a breath of fresh air the Spotted Calf is! Lovely staff, stunning Coffee and Food. It's also great to know that all money generated goes back to the community. Viva la revolucion!

Great cup of tea in a nice clean outdoor area. Limited spaces inside but the weather was great so no problems.
Fantastic cakes and panini. Easy to recommend the rocky-road, chocolatey-fudge cake, carrot cake, etc etc etc also pizza is available!!! :-) The outdoor veranda is nice when the weather is favourable, inside seating also available. Post Office services now also available so becoming the hub of the village.
Love the spotted calf and often have bacon cob in the mornings for breakfast or a homemade panini for lunch followed by a lovely slice of homemade carrot cake or scone. The coffees great as well. So friendly and has a lovely outside space. They are growing there own tomatoes at present to add to your bacon cob if you prefer. Dog friendly and now has the post office inside. Overall a great community atmosphere run by the local community and well worth a visit .
