Excellent Site with the most competent and hard working Wardens I have ever seen and I've been with the C/Club for 10 years
Great setting, quiet and peaceful. Nice clean tidy site as with all caravan club sites.
Excellent clean modern showers and toilets. Great views over the Amber Valley. Handy for shops, restaurants, pubs etc in Belper although you will need transport.
For us, this site was not ideal. Its a good, clean site with good facilities, but we like to go for a long dog walk every morning and from this site that was only possible by walking some distance on roads. There is a great view from the site but this is not visible from the pitches themselves. Also the pitches are entirely on gravel including the awning area where we prefer the awning in grass. As I say, nothing wrong with the site at all, just wasnt quite what we look for in a site.
Nice site. Good clean toilets and showers. With the whole site kept in good order. Which is pretty much what I would expect with a club site such as this. In addition it has quite stunning views of the surrounding countryside from certain areas.
