Nice atmosphere, plenty of parking not just a gym, physio, Pilates, Zumba, sports massage etc is on offer too

Good gym, staff really friendly, lots of parking. Plenty of equipment and lots of space :)

Ok for a workout. Cheap tea & coffee but welcome could be a little warmer.

Looks a bot run down and an odd location but it has some good classes
